Ok.. so I am not one to read a nonfiction mystery/crime book.

But since this book is about a murder of a girl that I went to school with I find myself having to pry it out of my fingers.

It's really amazing how far the police would go to get the murder to confess. I swear it's like they pulled the whole sting out of a movie.

-The suspected murder "won" a trip and tickets to a NHL game. Where he met a guy who was in coheats with a mafia like organization. (Actually an RCMP officer undercover) Who introduces the guy to a life of profitable crimes.(There is alot more but i haven't read that far yet) This sting went on for aparently months before they actually got the guy to confess to the murder of this girl and where her body could be found.

His uncle is a maintenance man for the city graveyard, where the two dumped the body into a freshly buried plot and recovered the now corpses. (I remember that when it was in the papers)

It's crazy to read something like that but especially when you knew the poor giril

Oh my GOSH Suz! That sounds.. so.. so.. God, I don't even know.

Not horrible.. well, yes horrible, but there is another word that just ain't coming.

How can you read that?! I mean, I know it must be interesting and stuff.. But the fact that you knew her? I don't know if I could do that!!

I don't touch True Crime anymore. Not after some of the stuff I've read of my sister's. She studied Forensic Science and only reads True Crime non-fiction. You wouldn't believe some of those stories and pictures.. *shudders*

And with my brain? Yeh. I had a fuck load of nightmares a few years back when I found her books. Stupid need to read every book I see!!

But, wow. Yeh, thats insane Suz. That fact that you knew her.. It sounds like some epic Hollywood movie!

You knew her? Yikes! I think that'd creep me out, but mainly because I'm like Lil and get creeped out by true-crime books in general. And true-crime shows. Basically, if it's not fictionalized, it's harder for me to handle. It amazes me how you're able to read that.

Well it's not like I was friends with her or anything.. Just had a few classes, did a few assignments with her... um when she actually attended school that is..

and it happened 6 years ago so it doesn't really phase me as much as it would of back then..

YOU DID ASSIGNMENTS WITH HER? AHHHHHHHHH

hehe, sorry, forgive my outburst. But that would give me nightmares for days on end. I could never stomach such a book.

Well it's not as bad as people think.. It about the sting operation that took place to get the guy to confess.. it doesn't go into great detail about her death...

maybe I am just some crazy person who can read it.. it honestly doesn't bother me.
