The first thing that came to mind was something much different.

If you get what I mean... I mean, I sure as hell would love to immediately think of something different, but Bella waxed on and on about this so much in Eclipse that I can't help but wonder.

Stephenie wouldn't write it, though. heh. A fan fic writer, then.

*snorts into a fit of laughter*

Okay, that wasn't the first thing that came into my mind. Thanks, Ammy.

For me it was some amusing scene where he ripped the door off a car or something. Yeh, I was just reading Tv2. OMGZ!

This is interesting.. does Renee know? or was she just making a comment that could turn out bad?

80% of these are boring quotes which just make me wonder why Stephenie Meyer even bothered putting them up. Ones like "Oops" and "Ooo scary!" seem a tad too lacking in length to even be classified as "quotes" and they are BORING.

The only one I sort of consider a unique quote is... that weird Edward one where he goes all "I'll sing your bad dreams away, blah-blah-blah". The previous Jasper one is a really bad pun.

I adore some of these and ones like Edward singing to Bella makes me laugh out loud
XD
He is so sappy, lmao

The quotes from Sam and the one from Renee are probably my favorite

Oh, you're talking about the sex part... still don't understand how that refers to the word "oops" but anyway.

That part of the book was just uncomfortable to read. I was so used to the whole:

"I see," I said, tucking away gently at my embroidered napkin and taking a sip of coke. The sweet liquid slithered down my throat, the caffeine pumping up my body. I blinked a few times and finally - after I felt I had stalled long enough - I returned to meet his gaze.

Edward was as usual, mesmerizing. His auburn trickled in the dazzling sunlight and I caught glints of butter-scotch gold in his eyes. "You see?" he asked suddenly, his warm eyes becoming frosty and forbidding. "You--you can't," he struggled suddenly, "no, I don't think you see," - I was so entranced by the depth of his voice - "you don't see," he reassured himself, before his eyes returned to their sunny normalcy. "You don't do you?" flickers of caution and humour melded together in his vibrant eyes.

"I do," my voice broken on the last word and I looked down again, coke slowly dissolving on my tongue and a tingling sensation in it's aftermath. "I do," I repeated, my voice softer this time. "But I don't have to mention it," I realised I was whispering, "it doesn't have to be..." I could detect a whine in my tone.

That went for too long. ANYWAY; I just found that conversation hard to read.

I think we missed this one::
Quote:
Alice: "No one will dare to call you plain when I'm through with you."
Bella: "Only because they're afraid you'll suck their blood."
